Shipping

Every item is printed to order by our print-on-demand partner. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then 3–5 business days in transit with standard shipping.

We currently ship to US addresses only. Shipping is a flat rate shown in your cart and at checkout. TODO(Bowie): confirm flat rate (placeholder $4.95 first item + $2.20 each additional).

You'll receive an email with tracking when your order ships. Items in one order may ship separately.

Returns & exchanges

TODO(Bowie): placeholder policy modeled on Printful's standard terms — confirm wording, claim window and contact email.

Misprints, damage and defects: if your item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement.

Wrong address / undeliverable: orders returned because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Size exchanges & change of mind: because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Cancellations: contact us as soon as possible — we can cancel before your order goes into production.

Sizing & blanks

Creator 2.0 (Stanley/Stella) — 100% organic cotton, ribbed neck, medium weight, modern fit. True to size.
Comfort Colors 1717 — heavyweight garment-dyed cotton, relaxed boxy fit. Size down for a closer fit.
Bella+Canvas 3001 — soft, lightweight classic retail fit. True to size.

Garment-dyed colors vary slightly from shirt to shirt — that's part of the look.

Care

Wash cold inside-out, tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print.

Payment & privacy

Checkout is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your name and address are shared with our print partner only to fulfil your order.
